  • Moksha

    The Moksha Yoga series is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. Each class you will find something a little different, but also something similar to help you move to your fullest potential.

  • Vinyasa Flow (V2) with Music

    This is a more challenging class. Vinyasa means flowing or linking movement with breath. We will explore dynamic postures, including arm balances and introduction to, and opportunity to explore, inversions. The tunes will be groovy the energy strong and light. Come explore, dance a little perhaps, and have fun.

  • Introduction to Meditation

    This class is an open, accessible, guided meditation. You can sit, or lie down…just breath and be – in community. This class is for ‘peace seekers’ of all levels.  All passes apply.

  • Restorative Yoga with Guided Meditation

    Restorative Yoga combines supported yoga postures, therapeutic movement and meditative breathing practices designed to calm, open and release long-held tensions in the body and mind. Guided meditation will help to enhance your deep relaxation. Props such as Blocks, Bolsters and blankets are used to create a supportive foundation. Suitable for all Levels.

  • Moksha with music

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence linked with breath set to great music.

  • Silent Moksha

    A standard moksha class led silently by the teacher’s practice.

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Moksha Flow With Music

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. Set to the teacher’s music.

  • Yin with Crystal Bowls

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles, with the healing transformative sounds of live played crystal bowls. Rejuvenating and healing. All levels welcome.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
